Wow been a long time!

As you know I was planning on doing ww, which didnt happen.  I chose to try it myself again.  Back in May when I went for my pap smear I was 330lbs, at that point I was pissed to no return. I told my hubby that I was done with this crap, I was going to try it one more time on my own and if it didnt work I was going to go on ww. I couldnt be this big and I couldnt feel this horrible.  I was always tired, had no sex drive, felt gross.

Ive still doing it myself, and its been 4 mos.  I have changed everything to wheat. Wheat bread, wheat pasta and wheat rice.  I now do avocados instead of mayo which is yumm! Cut sugar out big time, I will do once in a while fiber one bars which are 90 calories or the granola bars which are also 90 calories.  I try to eat 5 times a day as well.  Breakfast snack lunch snack dinner snack, and Ive cut back the amount I eat. Instead of say 3 pieces of chicken I have 1.  And no seconds!  My work out is cleaning the house as well and chasing the kids!

So you wanna know how much I have lost, 30lbs! Im down to 300lbs.  My first goal is 299 then from there Id like to hit 275.  Im very pleased with myself and have learned even with stress(which I have a ton now)to stay on track because if your not you will either loose it the wrong way and feel like crap or gain it back.

Quick update!

Hello!!
Last time I posted I told you I would go on weight watchers but decided no.  I went back on eating healther like salads and cutting out sugars and such.  Same thing I did before, I went back to the wii fit and was walking with the girls outside when I could.  I have gained weight, Im up to 330lbs.  Not thrilled and really ticked so when I had my dr appt yesterday I mentioned it.  I was told it was the depo shot.  It had to be the depo shot, I had to get off of it.  I told her I was on it before with no issues, she said well it can give you issues even if you have been on it before.  After finally telling her Id like my thyroid checked she agreed.  She said if thats not it I need to get my diabetes checked.  Im at risk as I have it in my family(my aunt, and both grandmas) she said if thats not it we will get off the shot and go from there.  She is all into helping me figure out the issue with the weight loss and then gaining it back even if Im doing what I should be.  so Monday I go in for blood work and should know that week if its my thyroid or not.  But for the time being Im just watching what I eat and doing walking.  Im reached the limit on the wii fit so sadly I cant use it right now.  Just wanted to update you all!

Been a while!

I cant believe how long its been, Im so sorry.  A lot of things in my life happened, from DH having issues with work to my youngest turning 1 in a few days my middle turns 3 in April and my oldest 10 in June.  I got sick for a while causing me not to be able to really eat or anything on top of everything else.
So due to this stress and sickness I have gained my weight back sadly.  Not all of it but I did gain some back causing me to be very upset with myself.  I came to notice today due to the weight gain back my lower back kills me if I do too much and I have to push thru the pain.  Not good at all I tell you.  So I looked up and talked to several ppl who are doing Weight Watchers.  I have decided April 1st to join, so from today until then Im trying to watch what I eat and do what I have to.  Ill be back on the wii once Im doing weight watches as well not going to let anything stop me.  Im sick of this weight and very uncomfy with everything.

Been a few days! Im now down to 312, which is 15lbs in about a month. So pleased with myself these days!  The wii fit helps a lot especially when I cant get outside to do anything unless its to shovel snow which I dont enjoy at all.  The girls like to do it too so its a win win!  Im thinking of getting another fit game or something to add into my work out.  A friend of mine does a lot from the wii fit to the biggest loser dvd to a 2 mile walk with Leslie Summon.  Ive done the walk before but I dont have the 2 mile, I get mine off my in demand fit tv and it only shows the 1 mile, guess I could do it twice.  Add that with the wii fit, but I do a lot of the walking on the wii fit, so Id like something else.  Any ideas?

Feb 2 ,2011

Cant believe its Feb already!  My days are going so well, I went to the dr Monday and found out my scale is on and my wii board isnt.  So Im down another 2lbs since Monday 315 that is 12lbs in less then a month.  So happy!!  Sadly the last 2 days I havent had time to work out, Sat I was so busy doing things and Sunday the house had to be cleaned big time.  Today Ill do it later when the girls head to bed, Im loving the wii fit board.  I do this kung fu thing and its so funny to watch me do it.  My oldest yells at me how to do it as you have to follow the ppl behind you.

My oldest is in love with the biking or the running, which I cant do but she likes them. My middle who is only 2 also does it.  They wont allow her to do it under her profile as they put her at baby status which is anyone under the age of 3.  Her little avatar thing is even a baby, she tells me she isnt a baby so she wasnt happy about that.  But she is able to do some of the games even the hula hooping, but later gives up.  We want to get her the Nick Fitness, which is all Nick Jr cartoon ppl doing the working out with them.  I heard its geared toward them too so they are easier.

Eating has gotten easy too, I dont even double think if I should eat this or that anymore.,  I look at the carbs and calories too now when I buy something.  My hubby is getting into more watching what he eats too which is always a plus!

I didnt get to work out yesterday, was feeling off and just not wanting to do it.  So I decided to skip yesterday, but made it up today.  I did 1 hour on the wii fit plus.  I did 20 mins of the hula hoping and 30 mins of the free step then 10 mins of the golf.  I was really working it off and sweating big time.  Im starting to get into the grove of trying to do at least 30 mins a day.  If I can get in more I do.

I ate cheerios for breakfast and the last of my salad with chicken.  Dinner is hamburgers and rice and veggies then snack I may do yogurt or wheat thins which I only eat 16 the serving size. 

It does get easier after the first week, so if your trying to lose weight and think you cant do it stick to it!

Weigh in was today lost another 2 lbs in the week! Im down to 317, so a total of 10lbs in 3 wks!! So happy about that.  I found out that my scale which is what I use to weigh myself and my wii board dont match at all.  One says 317 other says 321.  I found out my friends is the same way, they are off any where from 3-4lbs.  Very odd, I thought it was my scale at first but then I found out its not as my friend checked it out too.  So for the time being going with the scale and not the wii board.  When I first did the board it said I was down to 317 but my scale said 319.  So Im sticking with the scale, I have my dr appointment Monday I will see what theirs says and go from there as to which is right.  Im hoping my scale becuase if not I only lost 6lbs in 3 wks which will piss me off.

Today I missed breakfast again, not happy about it.  But I havent been able to sleep the last few days.  Some stress that is going around isnt helping.  I got up around 3am to go to the bathroom and couldnt get back to sleep.  So at 6 had to get the oldest up and going, got her off to the bus others were not up yet so I went to lay back down.  Never actually fell back asleep until they were up, hubby took them thankfully. So I missed breakfast due to it.  I did however have a salad with chicken and my smoothie for lunch.  Yesterday I had oatmeal with bananas and then for lunch I had the rest of that chicken santa fe stuff over the rice.  Dinner I had lasagna roll ups, which I only had 2 of the noodles so that wasnt too bad.  Tonight doing pork chops and who knows, I think rice and veggies.  I so have to start taking a vitamins even if I try to eat better.  I noticed Im still not getting the amount of fruit and veggies in.

The wii fit plus in love with it.  I have found out that they have a driving range, you hit 20 balls in five mins and burn 38 calories in that time.  And the hula hoping Im in love with! I do 10 mins one way and 10 mins the other way I burn almost 200 calories in that 20 mins alone! It rocks, I did some of the balance games to calm down after doing all of that and some of them are hard.  The boxing I have tried once but I couldnt figure out the feet so I havent done it since.

It has helped a ton to keep me going on the work out.  Ive gone from 30 mins to 60 mins, I cut them in half too.  30 mins when the girls are down for a nap and then 30 mins after my youngest heads to bed but before my shows come on.  This way I can burn off dinner too.  My oldest loves doing it too and my hubby has gotten into it as well.  Now his eating habits havent done very well which really does upset me, but I cant force him to eat something or not eat something.

All in all doing ok and feel better.  Monday I go to the dr and Id love to see the scale down a ton.  We will see, I did want to be 310 when I went but it wont happen sadly.  I have to go get my youngest who is now up from her nap.  So I wouldnt have covered the 1 hour anyway!
