One of those days I wish we went from Jan 12 to Jan 14.  My father passed away 8 yrs ago today, so its hard on me.  BUT I have gotten though it without screwing up my diet or anything.  I made eggs ham and cheese again for breakfast, then I ate a salad with chicken for lunch.  I did 30 mins of wii tennis, 10 mins of wii bowling(not really into that) and then I did 20 mins of deep cleaning.  Which if any of you dont know cleaning really deep cleaning burns a ton of calories! Id should be thrilled as Im a stay at home mom, but really Im not.  I dont always do deep cleaning, I pick up here and there some days other days I do some deep cleaning.  I had a granola bar for snack which was 100 calories.  Hamburgers and rice for dinner, Ill have 1 cup rice and 1 hamburger.  I may even have some ketchup this time around!

After talking to a couple friends I have decided to stop using sparkpeople.com.  It makes me stressed out if I dont get enough calories and it makes me not want to sleep as its going in my head how I didnt eat enough.  So Im only using it to track my working out nothing more. Both friends told me its not good to stress out about it and if I do it may cause my weight to stay on and give me headaches.  Dont want that, so like one friend said eat less move more!  So that is what Im going to do, Im going to eat less and move more!  We will be getting the wii fit in about a week so Ill be doing that as well and Ill be looking into some other healthy recipes.  I have a couple which if I get time I will share them on my blog.

We have a great support group on FB Im thrilled that another girl and I started it! The ladies are great and help so much, if you have a question someone usually knows the answer.  They dont judge you if you happen to mess up(eat a piece of cake) or anything like that.  It makes me want to keep moving because I know Im going to see them lose the weight and I dont want to be stuck where I am or even bigger.
