Its been a few days, sorry if anyone does read this!  Ive been doing so well eating these days and I got the wii fit plus on Thurs.  Ive been doing it every day expect yesterday.  Yesterday my legs hurt so bad from doing the free step that I thought it was best to not do it.

For breakfast I had yogurt and a banana.  Lunch I had 2 pork chops that I had left in the freezer, dinner will be a hamburger and rice.  The other night I made Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken which is from weight watches, OMG love it!!!  Everyone in the house loved it and it makes so much that I had some left over.  Its got black beans, corn, chicken, tomatoes and some spices in it.  I left somethings out, then you put it over rice.  So good!  Im going to make it again next week.

The wii fit plus if your thinking of getting it GO FOR IT! Well worth the money, Ive been doing free step which is steping on and off the board while you can watch tv.  You keep it on and listen to the remote, you can do it for 10-20 or 30 mins.  I do it for 30 mins, which I get around 2500-2600 steps.  I burn around 230-250 calories, and I did the boxing today.  That is neat, you have to move your feet and hands at the same time.  I didnt do well but I did 10 mins of it.  Id like to try again tomorrow, then they have the running.  Which isnt for anyone my size yet, I did try it.  You only use the remote, hold it or put it in your pocket. Then you run, you follow a guide in front of you and can do short or long distance.  My oldest could do long distance but not me I barely made the short.  How bad is that?!?

Its been busy around here but Im still doing good at working out and eating right.  I wont do a weigh in until Wed because that will be a week, Im going to cry if I gained any now that Im doing more.
