Wow I feel like Im writing to myself these days! I do have a person who follows me which is awesome! Today was a good day, I had a bowl of cheerios for breakfast, was able to clean the house up some then I had two small pork chops for lunch. I figured they were sitting in the freezer so Id cook them up! I was able to clean some more then my youngest got up from a nap so that was a joke to finish cleaning and doing what I had to do.
Dinner was 3 chicken tenders breaded and baked with some french fries. I didnt have too many french fries just a few but no ketchup or anything on them. Then back to cleaning, which I swear never ends these days. Had a small bowl of popcorn for snack as my girls did too which only has 30 calories even with butter on it per serving. So that is a plus, I found out a cup of pudding you get that is fat free only has around 25-30 calories per pudding cup so I can have one as a snack too.
Ive been moving more and eating less these days. Still trying to figure out what I can eat for a snack and such but getting there! My hubby is doing good with helping me and we dont have many temptations in the house either which is a plus.
