HELLO ALL! Today was a good day even if my youngest thought she had to get up several times last night. I ate cheerios for breakfast, I heard they are good for you. And I dont even put any sugar on them! I had a hamburger for lunch with a little ketchup. Then for dinner I made my girls tater tot casserole, which I love! Its something that isnt bad until you add the tater tots, but I made myself a salad with chicken. I put the lemon it like someone told me to(i had to get milk and juice so grabbed the salad and lemon today), it was really good. Thing is lemons dont last long in the fridge so not sure Ill always be able to do that. And now having myself a banana smoothie(which is one cup OJ, one banana and Ice then you blend). I added a scoop of my protein powder to it. It taste a little different with the protein but its still good! The girls are having their own, but without the protein.
My middle daughter has been a pain in the butt which is very stressful but I have been trying to stay positive and keep on track with my diet and working out. Working out, well as I went to the store today we parked pretty far away so we had to walk to get to the store. Then to top it off I had to walk in the snow and clean up the dog poop for 20 mins, yep 20 mins as it was all frozen so that was a work out within itself! And not a fun one to be honest. And since my middle has been a pain I havent had time to do any wii, but I will when they all head to bed. Ill do an hour all together, 30 mins of the tennis and 30 mins of the just dance 2.
Next week we will be getting the wii fit plus which is now not on sale. Can you believe how fast it went on sale to go off??!? Hubby will use it as well which is a plus! I also heard the wii active was good, unsure of the actual name. They make 2 of them, someone said its awesome and it does a 30 day challenge for you so you just set it and go from there. So if I ever get the money Ill get that too. I cant wait to see if I lost weight if I gained Im going to be so mad and talk to the dr asap!
