I missed yesterday as I was running around all day.  Today was good, I feel less tired as Ive been working out and eating healthy.  So this am I was up around 6, got breakfast at 730.  I had oatmeal with bananas mixed in which was good.  Then for lunch I had a salad with chicken and a smoothie(banana and OJ).  Im going to make pork chops and rice for dinner, then yogurt for snack before bed.  I bought myself yogurt and wheat thins as a snack and some other crackers that the girls have been eating already.

I went out and bought the wii fit plus yesterday.  I didnt do a whole lot on it yesterday other than my profile which was interesting.  Today I was able to actually do something, they have this thing called free strep which is where you are able to follow the remote with your steps but still watch tv.  I just changed the channel and watched Bones on my DVR.  I got 30 mins in and did over 2000 steps and burned 233 calories.  Which isnt a lot so Id like to do another 15 mins or something else when the girls go to bed later.  I want to check it out more when I can.

I think its going to help me out a lot, BTW Im down going by my wii fit plus another 2lbs.  317lbs is what it says! So Im down 10lbs going by that, so happy!!!!
