Today was ok, I sadly missed breakfast. My youngest decided that she had to get up several times last night to nurse. Im not used to that, poor hubby was up with me too so he is tired. But I missed it as I slept in and thought it was too late to eat breakfast.
Lunch I had a salad with a banana smoothie! Which was so good, I usually add tuna or chicken to my salad which is what I did, chicken. Dinner Im not sure what Im going to have, we are doing left overs and I need more then a salad.
I made up some low calorie chocolate chip cookies today. They are good! I posted the recipe on the side, if you want to make them. A couple things if you try them, DONT go past the 10 mins it will make them hard and also dont use too little becuase what they do is spread out and some of mine look like pancakes instead of cookies. Other than that they do taste good, even the ones that look like pancakes and hard. I didnt burn any of them but even 2 mins over the 10 mins makes them hard.
I want to do a smoothie with the protein powder again before bed because it did fill me up last night where I didnt want to eat eat eat.
